Transit Protection
We use professional and reliable Transport providers to deliver your order safely and in good condition, however it is possible for accidents to happen.
On the rare occasion, Goods may be Lost in transit (See Below) or possibly damaged during transit.
For peace of mind we offer optional Transit Protection for a small additional cost at checkout.
If you opt for the optional Transit Protection, then In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged* or is lost in transit*, you will get a priority replacement at no additional cost and without waiting on a case resolution from the transport company which can usually take upto 6 weeks

A replacement / Replacement parts will be dispatched to you Before we even have received the damaged item back
Note: Transit Protection fee is non refundable.
*Lost In transit:
Please contact us or the carrier Should the item not arrive within the estimated arrival date.
Once the Carrier has declared the item as "Lost in Transit" we will then process your claim.
The carrier will usually issue a document or email with a declaration that they have lost the goods whilst in their possession.
An online tracking status showing the item/s as delivered , completed or similar will deem the item/s as delivered and no claim can be made.
Alternatively should the carrier have a POD on file (Signature, receivers details, Photographic evidence) than the item will also be deemed delivered.
When providing "authority to leave" at checkout, no claims can be made for Lost in Transit.
We are not responsible for theft of your item/s from your property once the courier has delivered
*Damaged Goods:
Please inspect the goods received. If damaged is evident then please notify us so we can process your replacement.
We will require photos / video clearly showing the damage.
