On the rare occasion, Goods may be misplaced or damaged during transit.
For peace of mind we offer optional Transit Protection for a small additional cost at checkout.
If you opt for the optional Transit Protection, then In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, you will get a priority replacement at no additional cost and without waiting on a case resolution from the transport company which can usually take upto 6 weeks
