Lost in Transit:
If your item doesn’t arrive by the estimated delivery date, please contact us or the carrier. Once the carrier confirms the item is "Lost in Transit," we’ll swiftly process your replacement. If tracking shows delivery, no claim can be made. Please note that if you chose "authority to leave" at checkout, we cannot process claims for lost items. We are also not responsible for theft of items from your property after delivery.
Damaged Goods:
Inspect your items promptly upon receipt. If you notice any damage, let us know right away so we can arrange for a replacement. We’ll need photos or videos showing the damage for our records.

This Transit Protection Warranty is an optional add-on service that provides faster and more convenient handling of issues that occur during delivery.
It does not replace or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if your goods fail to meet the consumer guarantees under the law, including arriving damaged or not as described.
