If you would like to collect your Order from Our Sydney Warehouse (Old Guildford NSW) then you would need to select the 'pickup option in the checkout stage or contact us for arrangements. We will notify you Once your order is ready for you to collect. Most items can be collected the same week, usually within a couple of days however others may take longer. See item Lead time as above for an indication.
Please do not attempt collection until we notify you as it may not be ready.

Each and every item has a different order processing time. Majority of items leave our warehouse within a week of ordering and in most cases leave the following working day. Certain items may take longer. For an estimated order Dispatch time, please see our guide shown below each item that’s listed on the website.

#Deliverys for other Non Metro areas, towns, rural, Country and Remote Areas please allow an extra Week for the couriers to deliver to you..
For Custom Made orders and products that are not listed on our website (example-requested items/designs) Can have longer lead times with possibilities of upto 8 weeks.
Please note that unfortunately we cannot deliver at particular times or in a particular ‘’time window’’ as a driver may be in your area at a different time each day. All delivery’s are made between 9am-6pm Monday to Friday. If you cannot be home at the time the driver arrives the goods will be returned back to the transport depot where a redelivery attempt / pickup at depot will need to be arranged with the transport.
Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address with the courier on our end. Please make sure you check the address before submitting your order. If you plan to move address, we suggest you have it delivered to your new address in case your delivery is delayed. You can contact the carrier directly for changes.
Estimated Delivery Times are the expecting time it takes for the items to arrive to you after it leaves the warehouse. Please note that you may receive multiple Delivery's as items leave various warehouses across the country.
