Buy with confidence on MSDirect.com.au, if for whatever reason your not completely satisfied with the quality of your new purchase within 30 Days. We will refund you the purchase price less a 10% Restocking Fee and less any delivery / return delivery costs via the same payment method you used to purchase.
Simply return the complete product/s back to us within 30 Days of Delivery in a resellable, undamaged condition.
A further 10% Restocking Fee will apply if you return the item in the non original packaging.

Cancelled Orders
You may cancel an order. However we are unable to cancel an order if it has already been shipped.
A 10% Cancellation Fee Applies on all Cancelled Orders.

If your order is returned to us due to a Refused Delivery, Incorrect Address Supplied, Insufficient address supplied than we will deduct any delivery charges incurred as well as a cancelation or restocking fee if applicable
Warranty Policy
All Products come with a 12 month warranty unless stated otherwise on the product detail page.
All Products are intended for general domestic use. Products used for non general domestic /commercial use may have a limited Warranty Period.
Please refer to the product listing for warranty period.
You are required to notify us within 3 working days in the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged.
In addition to a detailed description, you are required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damage in order to proceed with the warranty process.
Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process.
Please do not attempt to return the item without our approval.
To make a claim, you must provide us with a copy of your tax invoice or any kind of proof showing that you purchased the item from us.
You need to also describe the problem precisely and provide evidence to support your claim, and state whether you are requesting a replacement, repair, refund or credit.
Refund generally takes up to 2 working days to process, and we will notify you once the refund has been processed.
However, please allow an additional 5 working days on top for your financial institution to process it.
A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled, mistakenly installed or damaged during installation. Although the majority of our customers manage to install their flat pack furniture themselves, We strongly advise that you use a qualified tradesman to install flat pack furniture especially if you have never had previous experience with flat packs.
Customers are responsible for following any instructions and any advice given by the manufacturers.
