•You have the option to either arrange your own courier or contact us for assistance. If you choose the latter, we’ll provide you with a return shipping cost estimate, book the courier, provide a return shipping label, and we’ll deduct the return shipping cost from your refund amount.
•Item/s must be in a saleable condition, unused, complete, undamaged and in the original sealed packaging.
•*We don’t accept change of mind returns on:
Mattresses, Sofas, Floor /Display stock, Clearance items , Special orders, Customised orders, Assembled or Partially assembled flat pack furniture.

Warranty Policy (Faulty, Damaged Goods)
•To make a claim , click on the “submit a warranty claim” button at the top of this page and complete the online form. You will be asked to provide a copy of your tax invoice. You need to also describe the problem precisely and provide evidence to support your claim (Video, Images..)
•If an item arrives damaged / faulty or missing any parts you are required to notify us within 2 working days by filling in the warranty claim form above.
•In addition to a detailed description, you are required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damage /fault
•Please retain the original packaging so you can repack the item for return otherwise you will need to obtain your own packaging in the case you have disposed of it.
•It is the Customers responsibility that the items are returned sufficiently packaged in as near condition as they were delivered to prevent any further damage whilst the returned goods are in transit. We Reserve the right to withhold a portion of your refund should additional damage be caused due to improper wrapping.
•Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted with a solution of either a repair /replacement. In most cases replacement parts will be provided for flat pack furniture. If a repair or replacement item or part is unavailable then we will refund you upon return of the item
•Replacements will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled, mistakenly installed or damaged during installation. Although the majority of our customers manage to install their flat pack furniture themselves, We strongly advise that you use a qualified tradesman to install flat pack furniture especially if you have never had previous experience with flat packs.
Customers are responsible for following any instructions and any advice given by the manufacturers.
•Please do not attempt to return the item/s without our approval. If you decide to return non damaged items of your order then our return policy will apply for those items.
•When it is requested that a faulty/ damaged item be returned, you must repack the item sufficiently in the condition as when received with all components and contents including any hardware or installation manuals that were provided. If you don’t have the original packaging then you may repack the item using your own packaging.
If the item has been assembled or has been partially assembled after delivery then it would have to be dismantled and sufficiently repacked so it can be returned.
•In most cases we will provide you with a return label to print and attach to the packaging for our courier to collect.
•In some cases we may ask that you drop the item off at the local post office or nearest transport depot.
•The Cost of Return Transport or Postage for Faulty, Damaged goods being returned under warranty will be prepaid by us. Please note that this is not the case if your are returning goods under “change of mind” Returns.

Refund Information
•Refunds generally take up to 7 Business days to process upon confirmation of item/s being returned to us, and we will notify you once the refund has been processed.
Please allow upto an additional 7 business days on top for your financial institution to process it. Refunds will only be made back to the original payment method used.
#To speed up the refund process, you may email us a copy of the confirmed pickup slip provided to you by the carrier.
