How do I Place an order?
 
Its as simple as browse our store and click the  "Buy Now" button for the items you wish to purchase. Each item you add are stored in your shopping cart until you finish adding items. Once you finished adding the items to your cart. You can proceed with adding your delivery or collection details and payment. 
Pay using either: Paypal , Bank Deposit , Credit Card , Debit card. (No need to be registered with Paypal to pay by card)
 
Will i receive an invoice with my order?
You will receive a Tax Invoice including GST which will automatically be sent to your Email.
 
What Do I need to Bring with Me when Picking up?
We ask that you bring a copy of the Invoice with you at the time of collection or any additional paperwork that has been emailed to you.
You dont need to print the invoice. It is Ok to have a copy of the invoice on your smartphone...etc
 
What Payment Methods do you accept?
At this stage We are only accepting Payments by Paypal and all major Credit Cards through our website.
You do not require to have a Paypal Account in Order to Pay using a Credit Card.
Paypal will not cost you any additional fees as a buyer.
 
We can also accept Bank Deposit however payment must clear prior collection / dispatch.
Cash or Card On Pick up is also accepted. Call us to arrange a pay on Pick up Purchase. 
 
Do you have a Showroom and can we purchase offline?
We do not have a showroom as We are an online based store and at this stage
we Prefer you order through our website. 
Pay by Cash or Card on Pick up is accepted. Call to arrange a Pay on Pick up Purchase.
(02)8311 0996 -Guildford Warehouse Only. Please Note that all our Range is not Stocked only at Guildford But throughout various warehouse locations and may need to be transfered over to Guildford for you to collect.
 
Can I collect my order?
Yes, Most items can be collected only from our Guildford NSW Warehouse. You will need to select the Pick up option during Checkout. Note that your order may be transferred over from another warehouse to Guildford.
 
When Can I collect my order?
Please see the product description for an estimated pickup Availability on that item.
Once your order is ready to collect. Your order will update with the message 'Ready to Collect' or one of our customer service representatives will contact you. You will also receive an email and SMS Notification. 
 
Are your Products covered by Warranty?
Yes, All our Products carry a 12 Month Manufacturers Warranty. 
It is important to remember that warranty does not cover basic wear and tear, missuse or itsms that are damaged whilst assembling or moving your furniture. All our items are manufactured for Domestic use.
 
How much is Delivery?
Delivery prices are calculated depending on the weight,size,distance and order value.
The exact price will be automatically quoted in the checkout process.
Please Note that certain items cannot be shipped to certain Locations. Please contact us for alternative options.
 
Where do You Deliver?
We deliver most items to Most of Australia.
Your Order will be delivered via our Transport Logistics Partner.
Please Contact us for Freight Quotation to Locations where freight is not auto- calculated in the checkout.
 
How Long does it take for my order to be delivered?
See the Product Description for Estimated Dispatch time. Once Dispatch Delivery time depends on the chosen delivery Method.
We do our best to get your order to you asap in the safest and most cost efficient method.
If available, We will provide you a tracking number for delivery or You can find more details (Here) This is only to be usued as a guide.
 
I Want to buy something and need it really urgent! Can I have it today/tommorow?

Can i track my order?
certainly, Once your order ships by post or courier ,if available You will be emailed an online tracking number and details automatically so you can track the delivery progress on the couriers website.
  
What if i receive my item damaged or it is faulty?
Upon delivery, We ask that you inspect the Packaging Carefully.
In the unlikely event that the item or the packaging is damaged, Please do not sign 'Received in Good Condition'
However Please mention it to the driver and have them note this on the delivery slip. Then Please email us some photos of both packaging and the item.
Note: You are required to Notify us by Email within 2 Days of Delivery.
 
If the item you buy is in fact damaged or found to be faulty we will arrange to either repair / replace the defective part for you.
If a repair or replacement part is not possible. We will organise to have a new one for you. If a new new one is not available, we can offer you a similar item or refund.
 
 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, however a 20% Cancellation fee applies (Of the total Purchase Price).

If an item has not shipped, we may be able to alter an order if youve made a wrong selection.

 

I need help assemblying my furniture,do you provide assembly?

We dont have our own Furniture assemblers but we can reccomend you to a couple of furniture instalation companys.
